I was one of the priviledged ones to read it back in September when Rita was proofreading it. Here's part of the email I sent her on Sep. 16:

I love the way you write in the first person singular. I've always done that. I don't understand the academic "we" when it's an "I" writing. It seems that there's some ghost sharing the credits!!!
